Shipping
Where do you ship?
What are your shipping options?
For international orders our free shipping option is Registered Air Mail through the postal system. We also offer other faster couriers depending on the destination which are displayed at checkout.
For local orders we use registered mail through Hong Kong Post.
How can I track my order?
When we ship your order you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Click on the tracking number link which will lead to a tracking website for the latest information about the package.
Please note that Australia and USA does not provide tracking for Registered Air Mail.
I have not received my tracking number what should I do?
When we ship your order you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to a website to track your package. If you have not received the confirmation email please check your spam folder. Please note that emails like @qq.com and @163.com will not receive our emails.
If you cannot find the confirmation email please contact us and we will provide the necessary information.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
From the date of shipping:
- Free international shipping: up to 3 weeks
- Courier international shipping: time displayed at checkout
- Local delivery: up to 3 days
What if my product arrives damaged?

Yes we can! Let us know how to make it a special gift before ordering to confirm availability.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Yes if we have not shipped it yet just email us with your order #. If we have already shipped it then return the package to us for a refund or exchange.
Please note that orders for engraved products that have already been engraved cannot be canceled or changed.
Do you accept refunds?
Yes, if the product is unused you can send it back to us within 30 days of receiving the package for a refund. Please contact us first for instructions.
Payment & Security
Are the payment options and checkout safe to use?
We are using Shopify's checkout solution. Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance.That’s hard to beat. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank. MADEGREY does not receive or store any payment information.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept credit cards like Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Should you want to pay through Payme, WeChat or bank transfer please contact us before placeing an order.
Do you accept any other payments outside of your website?

How do I make sure I order the right ring size?
We size our rings in US sizes. If you already know your ring size but in another international size you can find ring size conversion charts on Google.
If you do not know your ring size the best way to find out is to go to a local jewelry shop. You can also measure your finger circumference and compare it the corresponding circumference for US ring sizes. See instruction HERE

Environmental Sustainability
What are you doing to be more environmentally friendly?
Environmental sustainability is very important to us. We are actively promoting it in all parts of MADEGREY 's business. For example:
1. In 2020 we partnered with Carbonfund.org through their Carbonfree® Business Program. Carbonfund.org supports three types of carbon offset projects.
2. Our goal is zero wastage. We do not let any product, packaging or other materials be thrown out as wastage. Everything must be up-cycled, recycled or used somehow in our business.
3. We only work with local factories to minimize shipping to short distance ground delivery.
4. We keep our packaging as simple as possible without any plastic lamination so our customers can easily recycle our paper boxes.
