📦 Local Delivery Hong Kong

  • SF Express Locker/Shop: FREE for orders over HK$260 – delivery in 1–4 business days
  • SF Express Home Delivery: Starting from HK$16 – delivery in 1–4 business days

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and engraved products). You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched

🌍 International Shipping

We offer FREE international shipping on orders over US$33.5 / HK$260.
Unlike brands that inflate product prices to include courier shipping, we keep pricing fair and transparent. Standard shipping also happens to be more environmentally friendly. :)

  • Shipping method: Registered Air Mail
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days (varies by destination, postal service, and customs processing)
  • Tracking: Available in most countries. Some destinations (e.g. Australia, Canada) may not offer full tracking once the package enters the local postal system.
  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and engraved products)

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All our products are shipped tax-free. However, any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by your local government are the buyer’s responsibility.

We cannot cover or reimburse these charges, as they are collected by your local customs office. Fees vary by country and product type. For more accurate information, please contact your local customs authority.

Returns

We accept returns of brand-new, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:

  • Engraved or customized items are non-returnable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend choosing a tracked return service for your safety
  • Contact us before returning at: info@madegrey.com
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund

Warranty

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty claim.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
  • Repairs or replacements will be made at MADEGREY’s discretion
  • Shipping costs for sending the item back to us are the customer’s responsibility
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, darkened plating color), plating discoloration, battery life, or damage from misuse or accidents, lost product
